L’Atelier D’Argentine Restaurant Review

Through the wonder that is social media I happened to find this lovely restaurant situated in Old Montreal.

It is one of the restaurants participating in the “Chop”. Basically, several restaurants are offering 3 course meals at a reduced price. (It runs until the end of February, 2014 and it is not valid for Valentine’s weekend).

After leaving work last night, we made our way to Old Montreal.

What we found was a beautiful restaurant with a view of the St-Lawrence seaway.

Below are the menu choices for L’Atelier D’Argentine for the Chop:

We both had the pumpkin salad; normally, this is not something I would have ordered, however, we both enjoyed it very much.

Then I feasted on the Asado Gaucho which was served with brocolli and a potato tortilla. I ate every morsel. Meat was tender and the veggies were just to my taste. My friend had the salmon and she said it was very good.

For dessert, we both had the ChocoTorta: wet chocolate, dulce de leche and marscapone cream. Three words for it: To.Die.For.

Overall, we were extremely satisfied with food and the service. I highly recommend it. For $ 23 dollars, you can’t miss this deal.
